Practical know-how concerning project and programme management, management of the project-oriented company, process management, change management and social competence is provided in our open trainings as well as in our in-house trainings.
The content of our seminars and educational programmes is continuously updated based on new results of our research. The development of the competences of the participants of our trainings happens by learning new methods as well as by exchanging practical experiences.
