1. A liability to render services – especially meeting proposed deadlines – exists only after written confirmation of an order by the client.
2. The Roland Gareis Consulting GmbH commits itself to confidentiality regarding all knowledge of facts concerning the client acquired through the services rendered.
3. The copyright for all documentation provided by the Roland Gareis Consulting GmbH remains with the Roland Gareis Consulting GmbH. Results may only be used for the purpose stipulated in the contract for services. Circulation, reproduction or duplication of work results may only take place after written agreement by the Roland Gareis Consulting GmbH.
4. Invoices issued by the Roland Gareis Consulting are due net on receipt.
5. For the cancellation of already timed orders we charge the following rates:
- Cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to start of work 25% of order total
- Cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to start of work 50% of order total
- Cancellation up to start of work 75% of order total
- Cancellation after start of work 75% of order total
6. For assignments outside Vienna the following travel costs and costs of room and board are charged:
- per km using a car € 0.42
- per km plus passenger € 0.05
- other travel costs (taxi, train, etc.) according to receipt
- costs of room and board according to official day rates
- costs of accommodation according to official rates or according to receipt
7. Costs for documentation, visualization and communication (copies, acetate sheets, faxes, etc.) are charged separately according to receipt.
8. Arrangements deviant to these Terms and Conditions are binding only in written form.
9. Place of jurisdiction for any dispute is Bucharest.
Otherwise, in case the above items do not specify any deviances, the General Terms and Conditions for Management Consultancy (version March 2006) apply.
