processRGC, projectRGC, companyRGC, changeRGC and socialRGC are original management approaches of the RGC. Those approaches are verified and published and are an integrated component of our consulting, training and coaching services. By this the RGC differentiates itself from its competitors.
The RGC management approaches are based on the social system theory and the radical constructivism. Specific characteristics of those approaches are the process and context orientation.
