Coaching has the objective to transfer the contents of trainings successfully into the daily practice of the training participants. Also solutions of current “on the job” challenges shall be provided by coaching.
We offer coaching services to individuals as well as to teams. For the following individual role performers the coaching service might be relevant: e.g. executive managers of project-oriented companies, change managers, project owners, project or programme managers, and process managers.
For the following teams the coaching service might be of interest: e.g. executive board, project or programme owner teams, project or programme teams, project portfolio groups, process management teams, etc.
